Pet Policy

We’re pleased to welcome cats over 6 months of age and dogs over 1 year of age to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.

Fees

A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

Age Restrictions

Cats must be over 6 months of age and dogs must be over 1 year of age.

Weight Restrictions

Pets must be 25lbs or less.

Breed Restrictions

The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.
